Oh Lordy where do we begin?
I suppose the big news is a good place to start.
For those that have been here awhile, you know I have been partaking in the annual Retrogasm Challenge. Taking an old school game and reviving it to today’s 3D standards for game consoles and the like.
It has been a grueling 2 months learning all the processes and techniques to create a “game ready” character. Next time, I will choose a concept with just ONE character to save me the future headache.
Without further ado, I present to you my version of DigDug.
After all the frustration and seclusion over the past 2 months, it was worth it getting this done. Something I had been wanting to do for quite awhile……..and it was done on time. WIN!
What is ahead for the next few weeks?
At the end of the month I will be heading out to Hollywood, California to attend the Zbrush Summit. It has been 23 years since I set foot on the west coast and I can barely wait for it.
Along with a slew of presentations by industry greats, I get to meet my workshop instructor Shane Olson and I will also be attending a workshop with Hasbro Toys! So cool!…..and eating my fair share of In-n-Out Burgers.
Be sure to follow the AngryMonday Instagram for updates while travelling and more!
Once I land back on the east coast it will be time to gear up for the Annual Halloween Challenge which is right up my alley!
Prior to that, there will be a few smaller projects I will share with you when the time comes.
Oh, and I almost forgot,
I managed to shoehorn in these 2 nuggets over the past couple months as well:
An Angry Monday custom 3D printed phone stand that will be raffled off for followers of the Twitch channel.
And this one was done for a challenge called Sculptember and it was for Day 5: Portrait. It was a fun hour and a half.
My brain is fried and I need a nap!
Till next time folks.
Today is Teddy Bear Day. Stuff it with Monday and kick it out into traffic.
